I wish there were a way to sort through all the options more efficiently. sometimes I spend an hour looking through hundreds of restaurants and I never end up ordering anything. many times, it's simply faster to walk outside and buy something to eat and come home. I also don't like service charges and tips that are added to the total.

Horrible! My very first order was all Incorrect and to contact customer service to fix their own mess you need to send a picture of your ID or passport through the app every single time you contact them. The biggest lack of privacy for your personal documents being send to completely extrange people located who knows where seeing all your personal info.

The app kept incorrectly giving errors at each step. It gave me an error when logging in, I reopened the app and without re-entering the credentials, and it was now logged in. It gave me an error every time I tried to add a credit card, I went back, and I found that the credit card had been successfully added. Tried to place the order and then it gave me another error.
