people my age and older would preffer that people continued to man the counters and take your order but that's not happening, the screens are here to stay; having it on your phone allows you to place the order at your own pace rather than fumbling with the screen with a queue building up behind you. after ordering, you can pay without taking out your wallet. do yourself a favour, get the app.

Worst experience ever, I couldn't other anything cause the delivery option doesn't work, the app works perfectly with pick up, but when you switch to delivery it's like a completely different app. 👎🏼

When ordering through the app, do so at your own risk because should anything go wrong, there is no customer service to help you. I ordered 100,000cop worth of products and only half of my order arrived. In the help chat there was no response to my messages neither yesterday nor today. So basically McDonalds robbed me 🤷🏼‍♀️
