This app takes so long to login only as it shows a pop up of "muatnaik maklumat" but doesn't allow me to do so. Says upgrade but loads for long. I waited for 10 min just at the login page because it was loading the pop up of log masuk so long. PTPTN please do something about this. Don't just ask us to pay when the system is this bad. It's difficult to make payments too.

The system take too long to updated, which in my case for the pengeluaran simpanan sspn. They take the service out from the website and shut it down on 31 december 2023 until now 15 january 2024 and it's still cannot be used. They never inform the estimated time for the system to be on operation again nor give the time when the update issue can be resolved. Just stick to the old system, it's making people's life hard. Edit: The system finally updated and smoother than before! Tq.

What is wrong with your app, dear PTPTN? I was unable to view my account as it kept on logging me out forcefully. I haven't logged in the app for a few months due to this matter and it seems like the same problem occur when I reopened the app today (12:46 A.M / 1 July 2024). Also, what's the point of updating the app if I can't use it properly? Why? Please do something and improve it for everyone's convenience.
