Ratings and reviews

Every time I try to open the app I get "Uh oh, something went wrong! Please try again." And then nothing happens when I push "okay got it" even when I force quit and restart the app. L ETA: I ended up reinstalling the app and having to change my password to log back in because it wouldn't accept my old password. After all that it finally worked again. It was frustrating to have to go through all that when I just wanted to scan the diaper pack which is why I'm only upgrading my rating to 3 stars

App was fine before this new update. It keeps logging me out, or taking me directly to the site, and I can't see any of my rewards. When I finally DID login I got an error screen and the app crashed. Love having to fight with an app with 2 one year old twins running around, it's a fantastic use of my time! Almost ready to delete the thing and just eat the loss of my pampers points.

I'm really disappointed. At first it was fun saving up the points every time we got diapers. But all of the sudden the app won't let me log it. No matter how I try. I tried connecting to Facebook. Changing my password for pampers rewards and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I had 30 or more dollars saved up. Super frustrating! Just says oops, something went wrong.
