Downloaded the app, entered my information and payment information and couldn't figure out how to make a call. Tried YouTube tutorials, but they were worthless. Finally figured it out and made a call, but got the message that I had to allow Rebtel permission to make the call. I clicked on the link to take me to settings, but I have no idea what permissions I'm supposed to allow; it doesn't tell me what settings need to be changed, just that settings need to be changed. Bottom line: garbage.

So the good part is the rates are too good and call quality is decent. No issues there. But, the app experience is degraded over time, the size of the app tripled over time and its slow nsluggish now. I uninstalled and went back to 2017 version its lite and works much faster. Plz, its a calling app, plz Don't make it complicated, keep it simple and lite.

This app is seriously pissing me off. I've had this app for two years and this issue has been annoying me ever since. Why is it that everytime I try to call internationally, I always get a "line is busy" message through land line calling and "can't initiate call" message through wifi calling. I've changed my access points and it's still not working. To top this off, everytime I select a contact to call, I have to retype the number. Paying to use an app you'd expect it to atleast work properly.
