First time writing review for android apps. I rated this as 1 star as i have multiple issues. I cannot login into the app even I am the authorized user. Login with fingerprint and password. None works. After some time, it shows me that i have reached max no of devices for split seconds. Could not read it properly if not because i managed to screen captured it. That is the most annoying part. Not sure about others but for me, only shows the error msg for split seconds. Come on man

Hi, I don't know why my RHB app doesn't working. After the app update, frequently unable to log in. Always freeze in the front page! I can't even authorised payment. I've tried to reinstall the app, which I needed to call the support center to verify is me in order for them to reset the system and let me log in to my account again. My device is updated to the latest version. I even tried to restart my phone. So what is the issue?This is bug or something? Can you fix it? Thank you .

the announcement pop-up makes the app keeps freezing and i cant even do anything for more than a month. my device is updated to the latest version and i have uninstalled and reinstalled the app for many times. even the online banking website is useless since i dont receive any pop-up to confirm my transaction and i cant even tap on anything on the app to confirm it. pls fix this issue asap
