Ratings and reviews

The features have improved as well as their offerings. The credit card at 3% match across the board is very nice. The interface is slow and glitchy, and I often have to close out of the app and reopen it when it stops responding. It makes scrolling through the app a painful experience and I really wish an update would roll out that would make it run smoother. Until then it's stuck at 3 stars.

Love it as my first trading platform! Very easy to navigate as a beginner. One star taken off because sometimes the customer service can be frustrating because you can get passed along from one representative to another. My issues have always been answered or resolved, but sometimes a simple question can take over 20 mins to get answered. Otherwise, very happy with this app and all the "perks" that RH offers. Contribution matching, lowest margin rates and cash sweep. Love it!

UI is better than most trading apps, the constant popups at start of the app pushing their own products is pretty bad. Gold membership cash sweep nets a better return on uninvested cash than many HYSAs let alone the small interest rate of other cash sweep programs from other brokerages. The market data for Gold membership is just ok. Overall, the UI and the new interest rate from cash sweep is what kept me on here despite the other issues, including the trading halts they did a few years back.
