The forms were glitchy and hard to fill out and then it proceeded to send the confirmation email for login to a typo version of my email. I corrected my email address and tried to get the confirmation email sent four times to no avail. When I messagged the trouble shooting chat, it was in chinese. I used the online booking on my computer and the website was slow and glitchy and I couldn't view or print my boarding pass...it has to be picked up at the airport but with no mention of where.

Not able to register , after getting the verification code then have to fill in the personal information with ID proof ...but after that I am not able to enter the next step ...it's just hang on there ...trying 3 times still the same ! So how can we use your app for further service?? And also I don't even see anyone here to reply and solve the problem! I am still waiting for your favorable reply !

Worst website and app - it's impossible to book or manage your booking with Air China's website (for example, the date field is not working since yesterday so I cannot make any bookings) and the app isn't the best. Additionally, eventhough I've travelled several times with Air China in the past year and a half they won't verify my identity I won't let me redeem my Phoenix points nor Miles&More mileage!! I contacted them on the phone, via email, different departments and NO HELP!
