Ratings and reviews

I couldn't deliver an order because long story short, the target I had to go to, the power went out so I couldn't grab any of the customers items. So I tried to contact customer support via live chat or call and they said my account is "deactivated" which is not because I was able to shop orders and I never got an email explaining why. My ratings are great and I'm a reliable shopper. Thanks shipt!! U can never count on them..

I've been on this platform for a couple years and it absolutely sucks. You can't make any money they try to give you all the garbage trips and their card randomly declines on you when you're in the line and then they fight with you on customer service and it takes forever just to make 6 bucks. Literally a huge waste of time but not recommend it.

Within the past few months, I've had more issues with this app than I ever have since becoming a Shipt Shopper over 5 years ago. There are times when there is no way to scan a product to the cart. I've had issues with the entire app freezing as well as not being able to contact the customers. Just this week alone, I have not received an order. I deleted all of my preferred customers because I haven't received an order from either of them in nearly 6 months.
