I have over 50gb of photos to backup, and it's a pain to finish that task. It keeps erroring out or disconnecting while the app is in background. You have constantly check to see if it's running or restart it, by disabling the backup task and creating it again. That takes forever because it has to reindex 10,000s of photos again. The app has to be in foreground for the entire time for the task to run uninterrupted. It's a major pain in the ass...please fix it.

There is a lot love about moments. But it falls short in terms of reliability when it comes to syncing the photos. It is not resilient and not reliable. I often find myself uninstalling and reinstalling to get it to work again. Shame, I hope developers fix this so that it can be a great app. Moments is the reason I upgraded my Nas. Synology folks should think about it. It's mobile apps are generally not well rated. If they can polish them further that would translate to alot more sales for them.

The app works quickly and is great at automatically backing up your photos from your phone. There are however some GLARING issues. First off I have multiple users using my Nas and I want their files separate but I also want to be able to see each user's files as well. I want to be able to pick a user and just see there photos. However this app makes it so difficult to share the files and when trying to share these files there is no select all, that is a lot of files to click.
