Get the most from Tile with a Premium Plan Subscribe to a Plan for the most robust finding experience for all of your Tiles. You’ll receive a Smart Alert notification when you leave something behind. For U.S. subscribers, if you do actually lose something, and Tile can’t find it, we reimburse you up to your item reimbursement limit.
New users are eligible for a 30 day free trial of a Premium or Premium Protect Plan. Afterwards, Premium is available for a monthly or annual subscription and Premium Protect is available for an annual subscription.

An almost extraordinary experience with this app. An almost experience, because one feature is missing. I'd love to connect other phones to my tile, because there's so many times where someone leaves there phone somewhere, almost always on silent. With just a press of a button, on my wallet GPS, I could find MY phone, but it'd be nice to press a button on my phone, to find another person's phone.

When it works, it works great. But smart alerts rarely work which is a main reason I subscribed to premium. If you need something reliable in a pinch, look elsewhere. Update: Tile recently stopped working on my tablet. After nearly 30 minutes with tech support I was informed tablets are not supported. Regardless of OS Version. Especially frustrating because I stated in my initial outreach that I was struggling with a tablet. Why it took 30 minutes to circle back is beyond me.

It's nice when I need to find something for sure, fully unhelpful at preventing leaving things behind though. I consistently get the "left behind" notifications 25-40 after I've already left the item behind. Helpful if you're like, still in town, or if something is worth backtracking 25-40 min back get... Even when it does notify on time, there is zero way to make it buzz like a phone call. Just blends in with every other notification buzz. Could blame the OS, but other apps work around that.

If you leave a Tiled item behind, the app will notify you anywhere between 5-10 minutes after your device leaves and breaks its geofence (100 meters or around 300 meters).
