I signed up a week ago and was in the middle of discussing scheduling with a contractor when I opened the app and found that I was unexpectedly logged out. When I try to log back in, it says "We encountered an error, please try again." It does this consistently. To make matters worse, there is no way to get in contact with their support team if you are not able log in. So incredibly frustrating.

I signed up, made an appointment, talked to the pro, app shows my payment methods, shows my appointment on app, but won't bring up invoice to pay in advance. I take the next 45 minutes to set up account, same thing. So now I can't get the services I spent all this unessesary time on. Not to mention the 4 different emails thumbtack sent me just to create the account.

In many ways I like this app and the service. What is really a pain though is not having a way to archive and delete messages. I'm not interested in keeping all the messages I receive. Having to wade through messages I don't want is a pain. It makes finding the right ones time consuming. Being able to archive messages I want to save but won't review often would be helpful. Being able to delete those I don't want would be even better-- and it would take up less memory on my phone!
