Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't work. Just get an endless circle of doom on a blank screen! Can't even log in. Utterly pointless Edit: as I have a gig coming up very soon I thought I'd reach out to ticketmaster via 'app support' to see if they could help me. The email bounced back as undeliverable. What an absolute joke. For anyone who needs it: I found a workaround! Log on to your account using the website and download the tickets to your Google wallet.

Truly truly terrible, I download about 10 minutes ago and when the wheel of doom finally stopped spinning and the app loaded, the first thing it did is verify that I'm not a robot. Fine, no issues there, but now it wants me to recomplete the capatcha, which I'm happy to do, only it is not displaying a capatcha for me to complete. And there's no option to log in or do anything, so the app is literally useless with 0 options to do anything at all.

I resent using Ticketmaster as it is, because of their grossly unethical chokehold on the entertainment industry and their completely outrageous processing fees, but the app is a new level of insulting. What a genius idea, to make etickets the only viable form of entering gigs, and then neglect to build an app that functions well enough for those tickets to be downloaded and available offline. Not to mention the fact that the transfer option is completely non-functional!
