I like how this version shows appointments. However, the shopping guide is trash. The pink app showed pictures of the exact items allowed for each store to guarantee consumers were able to shop with confidence. That app not only fails to do that, it does not even break it down to what brands are available at the store I'm at. Edit: The app has improved the shopping guide to better assist with the store you are shopping at, but they STILL fail to attach pictures to the item description.

Hello, for the best experience, select a store by using the change button under the ‘my store’ section of the shopping guide or ‘find a store’ on the side menu located on the home page. Some eligible items may not have a picture in myWIC but the brand name will be displayed. Stores should also have a pink sticker on the shelf for these brand names.

The app is great for getting the information you need, but it does not allow me to reschedule my appointments. Which wouldn't be a problem if calling the number wouldn't say things like you can schedule using the app. It's very misleading. Sitting on hold being told you can do something only to find out you cannot is annoying.

Thank you! I got a response giving me help with the app problem I was having, unfortunately that did not help but I DID notice changing language was the issue. Since I signed up on WIC program in person and been using english in person, on paperwork and the app but when I switched in the app to Spanish everything was shown. I'm not sure why it only works in Spanish but I understand it so it's fine, thank you tho! Now I can see every benefit I have

1.Open the guide prior to walking into the store
2.Sign out and back in
3.Go to Settings > Apps > [myWICapp] > Storage > Clear cache
4.Uninstall and then reinstall
5.Reach out to your clinic if problem persists
