Horrible credit card. Never turn on auto pay. It has ruined my credit and I've NEVER been late. The auto pay messed up my credit and took money out and there was an error in their end. Unwilling to fix or tell me it wasn't taking money fully and sending it back. Waited a month for them to fix this issue and they tell me they won't. A one time grace. I've never been late on any bills. Will never respect vs after how I've been treated after being a customer here for over 10 years.

I've downloaded and uninstalled this app twice, and I'm still unable to use it. I open the app, and the cursor/symbol "VS" just spins and never opens! (All apps are up to date, and I have enough space on my device) This is very frustrating because I am unable to shop in the app and/or redeem my in-app rewards. I really enjoy this brand and the quality of their products, but I am very disappointed in the mobile app performance.

Hard to shop when nothing loads. Used to buy everything from VS. Last 10 years have been a downward spiral. Quality, cost, selection, etc. Was just wanting to see new arrivals, but the updates have dismantled your app entirely. And what is this 'community' feature? Don't think that's going to work in your company's favor. Marketing team is so off base now. Need to go back to the business models that worked. Disappointing.
