Pros: -great choice of products -high quality photos, detailed and precise information about the products Cons: -Search function works in a strange way: for example, if you enter "bioderma" you won't get all the products of Bioderma, but only a few of them. But if you rephrase you search request, you may find what you need -I could not use any promotion codes due to some internal error of application -When you need to enter the address you don't see the cursor, and cannot paste anything

Search tool is too bad, I tried to copy the exact caption of product from the watsons's website but still can't reach the correct one, so terrible 👎 Don't allow to add more items to my cart (the notification was hidden mostly so I couldn't read to know why, haha). Must buy from 250k for free ship while other pages just need 99k or even 50k to do so.

App is terrible, constantly lagging and loading too slow. I want to use this app because it has member program but it's like you're not even trying to make it convenient for your member to use. So disappointed! Not to mention the points accumulated are too small to redeem. I'd rather use Shopee!
