Worst app I've ever encountered. Constant issues with service, absolutely terrible customer service, and hours wasted attempting to resolve issues. I finally gave up after I was lied to repeatedly by multiple customer service reps, stating the issue would be resolved, only to eventually (after hours of back and forth over a week) be told that they would essentially be stealing the 20 euro on my account and be unable to resolve the issue and activate the number. Truly disgusting company.

The app might be ok, I am rating the company itself, which is happy to have me register, then never deliver any sim cards (or any post in general), and then charges for... I don't know what. Not good, folks. Edit/: to the response: yeah, if contacting the support wasn't intentionally difficult and wouldn't require me to go through 5 different authentication steps I would have complained there, but they are really good at keeping people out.

App works, but I do *not* appreciate being forced into putting yet another pointless and exploitable app containing my payment information on my phone when the website works perfectly fine. If I knew an alternate way to get prepaid data this cheap, I'd be long gone.
