Good VPN not the most light weight on a PC, but pretty light weight on a phone. Issues resetting password, like taking to long to get the email to recover it and more. works great, wish speeds were faster through. They use to be really fast, on my PC. I feel the app was faster, I hope they don't get greedy and aren't putting enough into server strength making things slower. would like more locations, also a light weight PC and phone version, that is bare bones and always on be nice on phone.

Works great, is easy to use, and does what you want and expect it to do. I have noticed that it does consume quite a bit of battery. I'd estimate roughly 25% of my daily usage. Though I've noticed that this does seem to change from one access point to another. I do wish there was a way to turn it completely off when not in use. Instead it goes to a "disconnected" mode and still uses battery and resources. I want to be able to turn it off completely without having to Force Quit the application. This is mostly because I rarely connect to Wifi access points outside of trusted areas, so I'd want to totally turn off the application until I want to use it again - roughly once or twice per week at most. Short of that, I thoroughly enjoy the app.

CyberGhost worked well for me at first. On the windows version, I started getting "always on top" ads. They would interrupt anything I was doing and make me interact with the ad before I could do anything else. This is with a 2 year pre-paid subscription. I contacted support and told them I didn't want ads. They said they can't remove them, so I requested a refund on unused time (I was only 4 months into my subscription). They refused a partial refund and cancelled my account. Not happy.
