I really do not like the app. I have to go through too many steps to access my tickets. Not to mention that the other people on this membership have to do the same after I send them their tickets. It was so much easier to just hand them their tickets with the added plus that the tickets served as wonderful momentous of the performance....yes I save them.

I strongly dislike that all tickets (“passes”) associated with this app have the same name. I don’t know if that's the venue’s doing or an artifact of Yourwallet, but it makes tracking tickets much more difficult than it should be. Replying to request for more details: every ticket I buy from Playhouse Square in Cleveland results in download of a file named AVPass.pkpass. It would be a big help if each such file had a unique name. If that is the vendor’s fault I will revise my poor review.

There is no way to organize items within a category or to create subcategories. We have season theatre tickets at three different venues plus additional shows we purchase through the year. They are all jumbled together and can't be sorted by date, which would be a useful feature.
