Useless when outside Thailand. The previous version allows using mobile number OTP for registration, the updated version insists on turning off wifi, then doing some unspecified verification, which fails every single time. During this pandemic I can't visit Thailand, so I have lost access to my account. Updated Oct 2023. The app is still an anti-user piece of garbage. The ID scan doesn't work for passport and the face scan doesn't work at all. This is a government owned bank, that's expected.

Although a bit unstable at times (occasionally taking 30+ seconds to start and sometimes crashing during scanning), it worked more or less as intended for a while. However, for a couple of weeks now, it won't start at all. It hangs immediately after start, locking up my entire phone until the next reboot. For example, my phone will not accept my unlock pin after I have tried to start the app forcing me to reboot the phone. I have reinstalled my entire phone to no avail. I am currently in contact with support and hope to be able to use the app again soon.

Many people are unable to use this app after updating it. We understand that security is a concern, but this update has impacted us, and we are unable to access our accounts, cannot withdraw, cannot transfer.......While other banking apps have no issues, yours is terrible. It might be KTB's strategy to get us to apply for a debit card so they can charge annual fees.!.
