I tried to subscribe online, but it wasn't possible, so I had to go to the bank branch twice to subscribe in Pocket Bank, I followed all instructions, by confirming my email and changing my password, now when I try to log in to Pocket Bank account I get a notification asking me to contact my Banque Populaire Branch. So what is the purpose of app if I keep going to bank branch all the time.

I have a problem with the Trusted Devices feature. I deleted the pocket bank app by error . After that, I reinstalled it, but the problem is that when I enter my information, I get a message that (Maximum devices reached per user). Is there a solution to the problem? Note: I did not change the device, I just deleted the application and reinstalled it.

Couldn't connect to the app with the new update (trusted devices) it gives a messages that number of trusted exceeded but I only have 1 phone connected to it and no other registered phones. Connection fine via website.. please fix asap
