This last update made things worse. Why do we need NFC authentication or OCP authentication when there’s already a password for the account? At least make it a one-time process, not something required every single time. It often doesn’t even work despite the NFC being available. I really hope you revert to the previous version.

Since the latest update, I can't even access my account anymore. The app became completely buggy. Nothing works properly. It keeps freezing or showing errors, and the login system is a nightmare. Everything feels more complicated than before, and it's frustrating when you need quick access to your documents. For an app that's supposed to simplify things, it's doing the exact opposite.

All Moroccan users are experiencing issues with the Mon E-id app. Many phones do not support NFC, and even if the app is installed, it often does not function properly. Moreover, adopting this method as the only way to log in creates unnecessary limitations. It could have been introduced as an optional login method instead. Digital transformation is a gradual process, not something that happens all at once.
