The app works perfectly. This is such a handy service by Capital Metro. It only serves certain areas of Austin, but it definitely complements the bus system nicely. While the app is great and the best way to use the service, they have a phone option if you don't have the ability to get on a data network.

I've used this service many times. Not sure how much more it can be improved because I'm completely satisfied every time! Kind drivers prompt pick ups and drop offs. Very grateful for the bike racks on the bus 😁

While dealing with such a subpar app from such an incoherent company isnt a shocker. What is a shocker is cap metros, almost comical knee jerk, self diluted reaction even when presented with specific evidence of poor customer service. Really, the app probably deserves more stars, but it's obvious there's a direct correlation between the total lack of transparency. Tax payer funds Metro!? Do better !! Your app has stops listed with no geographical and misleading geographic names and references.
