Ratings and reviews

App is full of problems, it will tell you there is no rides available over and over, once you finally get one they're always late. I've been sitting here for an hour trying to call 1 single cab. Multiple times a ride has come up and I booked it, yet it tells me there is high demand or my internet connection is bad, both of which are false. Terrible app, the vans are usually fine along with the drivers its the app that ruins the experience.

When it works, it's great! But the map routing can glitch and cause issues with pickup and dropoffs, and the app is constantly saying the seats are all filled and to try again. Arlington needs to do better or just get bus routes like they already have at UTA and in Ft. Worth and Dallas.
