I put in an order for pickup and did the payment through online bank transfer, as I was paying online, the application had an error, my money went through but it didn't put in my order. What the hell ? I contacted the helpline and told them about it and they said that they couldn't do anything about it. Now I'm having to talk to my bank to get a refund of said transaction because I got robbed of my money and it'll take 2 to 3 business days to get the refund. Ridiculous! Fix your app damnit!!!!!!

I have placed an order on 14th July 2024 through the app and the app got some glitch after we have placed the order and the online payment has been done. The order didn't proceed due to glitch in the app but the payment has been deducted I have called their 5 customers representative and they didn't even talk to me properly alas I didn't get the order nor the payment was refunded. I am very disappointed regarding the experience from CSR as well as from the app.i hope I got the refund.
