"One of the worst apps I've ever used for money transfer. I sent money to my home country account through this app, and even after 24 hours, it hasn’t been credited. When I tried contacting their customer care, all they kept saying was, 'Sorry for the delay, it will be credited,' with no proper explanation or resolution. If you need to send money instantly, avoid using this app. Very disappointing experience."

very poor customer service. They don't have a good technical support team or resources to help you. They only support via chat and emails. I tried both ways to sort out my problem but again and again got the same reply we don't have team members or resources to resolve your issue. just wanted to link my correct email Address to my phone number as i accidentally put the wrong email address and couldn't do any transaction using wrong email address. Highly disappointed.
