App is good as most of my past transactions are fast. Rates and fees are good deal as well. Things that need to be improved: 1. App is still prone to error as soon as you finish entering your bank details. Your bank account is deducted but the transaction was not successful. I had to call again customer service. This happened 2 times already. 2. Some customer service representative needs more skill, be customer-centered and sympathize.

At first it's was ok, there were No service charges taken from. But as time goes by, some bugs must be made immediately like unknown error taken place while adding beneficiary. I attempt many times for convenience not to go to the bank just to transfer the money but with this issue? No way! Poor poor service! Your IT must take actions on it asap! still you didn't fix it after all. better used stc pay than this. No delete botton on your beneficiary. To many bugs to fix. Not satisfied anymore!

Very worst app Never seen in my life. I have already turn on my location but when I open the app coming one pop-up msg to turn on the location n it's irritating me coz I can't access my account..I requested to telemoney IT's members please fixed this issue as soon as possible. Otherwise I would like to go with the another bank app which is better for me thank you
