They have option for UAE pass to login but surprisingly this doesn't update user profile with the Al Ansari Exchange. One still needs to take pictures of Emirates ID to manually upload in the app. On taking pictures the image becomes blur. Also they have put a small transfer limit which other exchanges don't have. So Al Ansari isn't my choice at least for today. Avoiding their branch visit due to past experience.

Unable to complete identification. Facial scanning window suddenly pops out and back to step 1 for providing contact no again for OTP. tried multiple times, but problem stays the same every time from Facial recognition suddenly verification disappear and closes.

Before even my country/region was not UAE in playstore I can still open and used this apps in my home country specially during my vacation. But now suddenly it will not work if you region/country is not UAE. I hope it will come back the way it was before. Changing of country/region need 1 year before you can change again.
