One department doesn't know what another department is doing and outsourcing has exacerbated this issue. we've spent 6 hours on the phone being shuffled around. Left after 3 years good service after "upgrading" to Fibe TV and we only had 2 out of 3 tvs working and the plan as outlined to entice us was only make believe. Went to Rogers where we can speak into the remote, got more channels for the same price and it's a breeze to cancel and record TV programs Bell just seems archaic now.

Bell is a joke! Straight up JOKE! they installed some new fancy port to my home that you can only use with Bell. So now I'm trying to get a new service and the new service is telling me to get them to change it because it's their technology. This is ridiculous, as someone that had been a loyal Bell customer for over 5 years they should be willing to send me a technician to take it out.

EVERYtime I enter my card information in to have the payment come off my card automatically, it is somehow removed without my knowledge and I end up with emails stating I'm about to have my phone cut off. On top of that, I'm charged with late penalties. I've been with Bell going on 14 years now, and the late fees are driving me nuts. I'm about to pat out my remaining bit of a contract and go elsewhere.
