Totally unprofessional company. The cancelation policy doesn't make sense. I had an emergency to cancel my booking, even though the flight dates were after 10-15 days, but they were charging me 90% of our flight cost. I was willing to pay something not totally for free, but they didn't help me. I didn't cancel my flight even though I wasn't flying because they would sell the tickets again, and they would make money from each ticket. I am not recommending this airline at all.

I’ve been on a test flight (this app doesn’t work on all the flights by default, flight attendants should tell you if your flight is the test one). The app is real nice! You have access to literally anything you might need during the flight: food, shopping, videos and games. Flair doesn’t have any inflight magazines on board and this app seems like a great substitute. The only problem is that it’s not available on all the flights yet. Fingers crossed it will soon be :)

The app seems nice, even though now there is no cart service and I wasn’t able to order a drink. Other functions of the app work just fine: I watched some videos and played simple games. Looks like the WiFi availability is inconsistent but it worked on flight Toronto - Vancouver.
