Easy to use app, I rated 4 stars. Reasons for the missing star: 1. When on a mobile device, if left open, or running for too long, 4 to 5 minutes, all cameras shutdown, forcing you to close down the app, restart the app and then view the cameras. 2. When you restart the app, unless you save your layout, you have to pick each camera again. 3. Saving layout is almost impossible to find. I found it once, and never have again. Other than those 3 reasons, an excellent app to go with your Annke CCTV.

Had to upgrade my dvr unit because I'm upgrading the cameras and I got a PTZ. The app will only move the PTZ the full motion- if you want it to go up, it goes all the way up, right - All the way to the right, etc. I've changed the PTZ speed, tapped the button, tapped the direction arrows - nothing helps. The other non PTZ cameras have no issues with the app and function as they always have. Just the controls for the PTZ do NOT work

My Annke DVR stopped accepting the password I have been using for years. When I go to 'Forgot my password' they force me to install their app instead of emailing me a link like the rest of the world does. BTW, the app rapidly drains my phone battery. The app wants me to log-in. Great! I don't have a password. For a temporary password I have to enter my email and a code they are supposed to email me but after numerous attempts, the code has not been sent to me.

Dear customer, the device password can be retrieved by yourself through the security email, security questions, etc., but if you have not set these, you can only retrieve it by importing the configuration file.Thank you for choosing ANNKE product.
