Extremely trash app They won't service my food in time and when I ask for cashback, they will tell me to wait for 2 -3 days...I dont know if I am the only one having this kind of trouble but this will be my first and last time using this app...and if this keeps on going, then Nepal won't be developed any time sooner

The best food delivery app I have used in Kathmandu. The support is great by phone and chat. Once my card payment went through but the order was not placed. Just chat with them, and they sorted it in 2 mins without fuss. Other apps like pathao are so bad in support. Also, Foodmandu riders are mostly using bikes. So food arrives quickly and you can order from far away. The deli charge is based on distance, too. So, all in all, a very good app. I just wish they included more restaurants and shops!

I wish I could rate lower than this, not an app for everyone. I ordered something from a restaurant that was in the same city, but after payment, it's off delivery place and wanted me to pick up the delivery from 15 mins away from the restaurant while walking and I did already pay through online
