I was able to get in, create an account, and look through the app. at first. then I downloaded the prescription drug coverage for my plan. Now, it only opens a white screen. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, to no avail. the app simply stopped working. ETA now it will let me in, but completely signs me out and will not use my fingerprint login, meaning I have to reset my password every month when I try to pay my bill, since I can't use my standard password configuration.

The system is straight trash. Forgot my password & the system locked me out completely, won't even send me an email to reset it. The system says to contact support for help, but support is not open currently so I'm just not able to access my account. Went to search for a provider without being logged into my account & it either says there are no providers in my area, or it will finally show me a list of providers. But when I try to get more details on a provider though nothing shows up at all.

Good app for viewing your claims, ID and accessing most information you can get from their website. I would like to report a bug regarding the Sort feature. Selecting to sort by Service Date for example doesn't work. It works on the website, just not the mobile app. Id give 5 stars if this wasn't an issue since this makes viewing my claims impossible with the number of claims I have pending or processed.
