Hi, I've been using Astha for a year and overall, it's great—secure with an easy-to-use interface. However, I get an email every time I log in with my fingerprint, which feels unnecessary. Emails should be for OTPs or promotions. I raised a complaint but didn't receive a satisfactory solution. Could you please fix this? I've rated 3 stars but will update to 5 if resolved. Thank you!

This app is very well designed. Almost all the banking tasks can be done without any hassle. But one drawback that annoys me most is the loading time. It takes quite longer time to jump in one page to another page. Please solve this issue. I think many of the users think the same as I do.

The app contains many useful features. But it needs to work smooth and faster.
