Was easy to get approved but customer service is terrible. I had fraudulent transactions on our business account. it took close to 6 months to be resolved. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They locked us out of our account for over 5 weeks now to re-verify the principals identity without any reason. The id verification through the app and site do not work correctly. Because we couldn't log in, we cant make a payment and they won't refund any late fees! STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

Great app and company, very helpful and friendly staff. Things are explained and actioned very quickly. I've been with them almost 3(?) years. Might be longer- never had an issue! I do miss my gold card though 😂😩

weird app. closing my limited down and they said can't take a direct debit. tried paying via back and it bounced back. then next day they try to take direct debit out... that did not go though. now I have to pay interest for no reason apart it just being a misleading information.
