Very disappointing experience. The bank claims to deliver the welcome letter, but no delivery person ever comes, and the letter gets returned without any attempt. Because of this, my account was wrongly frozen, and bank staff were sent to my home for address verification. They even took photos of my house, which was very uncomfortable, intrusive, and honestly a very insulting moment for me. The bank really needs to improve its service and customer handling.

I am currently unable to access the app after opening my account. I visited the branch for FASTag KYC activation, but the Equitas Bank staff insisted that I must open a bank account for the FASTag to be activated immediately. As of now, I still cannot access the mobile app or its interface. I have also not received any proper response or support from the bank. Kindly provide a solution to ensure smooth transactions going forward.

I want to give (-) rating for this bank , don't u use this bank , my sincere request.. one of dirtiest bank in the world, They will freeze ur account with no prior information, and it takes many days to open,customer support won't be there. Don't get trap with this bank.
