Too invasive adds, with videos and volume. You can't skip them easily. ---- It's simple, the only thing I don't find is notification for finished fasting. I don't want a bar everytime showing the time, only a notification to start/finish fasting. Also everyday it has a notification to start fasting at same time, but maybe I'm already fasting and the app knows that because I put the started time.

The app is currently free without ads, which is worth 4 stars. However, there are many missing features overall. There is no dark theme, pages sometimes overlap, and reminders don't work well enough. The app looks like a beta version. I hope the developers will fix the shortcomings and add functionality in the future.

A decent basic app that is easy to use. It would be great if it included a place to track other stats during a fast e.g. blood pressure, blood glucose, pulse ketones etc. so that your fasting history is all in one place. Perhaps even a notes log to track physical symptoms? However, I am grateful for it - Thank You developers.
