Cannot load purchased tickets! Do NOT update! There is a fatal bug on the new app where if you try to load tickets bought on the old app, the new app either crashes or shows an error message. It was not tested before release. Do NOT download until there's a new update! Also, you only pay with PayPal as an automated payment with NO OPTION for one off payments. COMPLETELY UNSAFE! If your TPE password is saved to your phone, phone thieves can buy tickets with your PayPal now! Horrifying!

Previous app wasn't great but updated version is terrible. Often glitches when selecting to view earlier/later trains when buying tickets and says there are none available, but if you cancel and repeat the process, options reappear. Also seems to glitch sometimes when requesting a bike reservation, forcing you to book a bike separately through TPE website/WhatsApp. Clunky and slow, often takes a few minutes to load tickets which did not happen with old app. Just book through website, it's easier

much improved app but seems to add journeys to the basket during planning before user confirms this, resulting in overpayment if you're in a hurry and don't spot the basket price. With a £5 charge to refund unused tickets, this is annoying. Come on TPE - the app's a lot better than it was - but this glitch needs sorting. Hence the rating.
