Ratings and reviews

Online checkin does not work. It told me checkin successful. Then gave me view all boarding pass button. When i click on it it says no boarding pass. I have been trying to get online boarding pass for the past 3 hours and same issue. Another issue is that it is not showing my flights in the app.

Unfortunately, it's not a stable app. Many times I can not get the boarding cause my trip disappear , that let me go the airport very early to get that . I hope they find a high application company for operating this app well

Very worse experience,i booked flight as a guest and then created account on website but i was unable to reschedule my flight. There were no options there. Tried to call call centre it was useless.
