Ratings and reviews

This app keeps breaking down. Loads slow, products appear and disappear never to be seen again even tho they make you get on a wait list for it. Try adding items to cart that get added....blank pages. When you try to go back let's say you checked a pair of trousers and go back to trousers main page it sets u back all the way to the main top page....it is a disgrace.

I like products of this brand, but the application has terrible return process. I wanted to return a few items that were the wrong size, but there was never any button in my application on my orders page. It took me very long to figure out that there was a bug in the app! Getting human support was very hard. Finally,I was able to contact someone,but they refused my return bec. of time and didn't care about my problem. I'd never use this app! I have 3 trousers that have the wrong size for me! :(

I love Massimo Dutti, but I'm close to uninstalling my app. It's necessary to update the new version all the time! So annoying! EDIT: I updated the new version 1 month ago, and today, I was asked the same. The WhatsApp is useless. Every time I contacted by WhatsApp, I NEVER got an answer. Annoying app and terrible Whatsapp service. Massimo Dutti deserves more.
