I'm trying to use the app but it's in Chinese. As soon as log onto the website it wants me to register in Chinese. I do not understand Chinese.

Their hot line(950618) of cuatomer services is a joke! No one answers you. I guess when they see the calls from the overseas!

The worst app I used ever! I spent hours literally hours to go through its verification, select items, and finally was able to click 'submit order'. Guess what? My order was disappeared and I had to call customer service asking for help to find my order then pay for it. Customer service couldn't make it. Now I wasted hours for nothing, failed of paying them money. I uninstalled the app and decided never to touch it again.
