Ratings and reviews

I am using the app and tracker for about an hour so my review can change later. It works somehow, but the mobile app is very laggy and buggy. As a software engineer (mobile), I am not impressed. I don't feel confident that it will not stop working when my daughter needs it. I will test for couple more days. If more issues, I will return it and back to the smart tag.

Works better than airbags, which isn't saying much. Of course when you need it the most, you push the bell button and it says "Command encountered a problem, please rety" You got a 50 item with 60 annual membership that is faulty and works only most of the time. That's why I gave more than 1 star. So, as far as products go, you are still better off just getting a GPS and using open source software to track. These pet tracker pps are all buggy

Have been using this for 1.5 years now. Over the last week I completely stopped getting push notifications- not when my dog leaves the security area, not on the battery. The GPS is working only in certain areas, like in a park, but as soon as I am in a car or bus or a train - the GPS stops updating and even after the journey is complete the GPS does not update the position and I have to forcefully update it via the app refresh button. For the money this costs the performance is really poor
