New app doesn't work delete old app, added but doesn't connect to machine. Called support who said nothing they can do and hoped the app would be updated so it should work. No details of products- waste of time and gone back to the old one. Think will delete all of them.

It's not smart. It has no contingencies or work arounds for connection errors. If everything doesn't go perfectly, Ilit just gets stuck in loops. There's no "skip" choices.

Does not connect to my machine and customer support cannot fix problem. Edit. After escalating this my machine was replaced under warranty and new machine is connecting, but have lost the option to set volume via app.
