The Realme UI experience is terrible, lacking smoothness in many areas. I'll never buy a Realme phone again; it's one of the most overrated brands.

First my realme store account and now realme community account; both have become inaccessible even after following all the instructions. Pathetic. Tomorrow I will uninstall both the apps. I have two realme phones and now I am going for a 5G handset. realme will really be missing a loyal customer. Surprising to see that realme has not replied to a single user here.

In my phone realme gt neo 2 even if I reduce total brightness to fully like to 0 brightness . It is giving somewhat more brightness during night time we want to use phone with less brightness so please reduce the brightness more in next update. So that we can use phone during night with very less brightness
