This app has mute buttons which mute instruction sound so it is silent . It can also cotumize sound for 4 sec to 5 sec so old reviews might be false after update. But can you add different sound for hold exhale and empty I cannot distinguish between sounds as I close eyes and meditate Edit:Thanks for responding

Perfect. Really good breathing app, configurable to your own needs and doesn't just stop when an alloted time is up it lets you complete the cycle you're on. Perfect exercises for box breathing for surfing.

I really liked this app. I'm a beginner and find it helpful, and I'll continue to use it when needed. Basic layout makes it no fuss, bright colours, and easy to see Fantastic

What's new

- By your requests we have added new rhythms to the Rhythmic Breathing table;
- Now the training does not stop when your background music is playing;
- For your convenience we have added some switches in Additional Settings;
- In the stats, the green circles have gotten smart - so the longer the workout was, the darker the circle will be. Tap on the circle shows how long the training sessions lasted that day;
- We migrated to a new server to keep your data safe and flexible.
