The SAMSUNG Air Solution Application is launched to support Dealers, Contractors and installers in the air conditioning industry for their field work. It is the upgrade version of DVM Mobile Application for SAMSUNG air conditioner officially.

Login is required to use this app. Members that can be logged in to DVM Pro can be used as the same account, and new members are available in the DVM PRO Web site.

Where is the customer service booking app? Diverting to one website to another website and keep creating various profiles for same customer! Seriously I can't find a app for book a repair service in india

Half of every chart is still in Korean even when set to English. If I can't understand the data, it's useless to have it. Please make at the charts in English.
