Ratings and reviews

A little slow in the beginning, but needed to learn the game. Once you do, lots of fun, and I love how expansive the galaxy is. On the downside, it really sucks, and is frustrating, when you go somewhere to mine material and every spot is occupied by a non-active player. There needs to be a section of code that automatically recalls survey vessels after maybe 10 minutes of inactivity once a mining spot is depleted. Put an end to the "Bogarting"!

UPDATE - I have missed out on so many freebies due to the 404 and link errors (even though I linked my game over a year ago.) I have reported this to the support team with no resolution. The glitches, constant freezing and crashing has gone from an annoyance to infuriating. I love the concepts and content, but the ever worsening stability issues need to be dealt with.

The only thing this game has going for it is the graphics and the missions. The game constantly freezes and has all kind of glitches requiring you to restart your device several times a day. The game is expensive, you have to buy packs to advance at a snails pace but those packs are 10% more than other games. I thought I was seeing double when I first saw it. Last but not least is the insufficient horrible customer service who can't figure out how to resolve any issues of missing items and warp.
