I like the app, but after the recent upgrade, I can no longer lock my phone while the app continues to play. I have a Galaxy S22+, I used to be able to press the side button to turn off the screen, so it's not bright at night, and the app would continue to play. Now, when I press the side button, the app pauses. If I press the button again, the app continues to play, but the screen has to stay on, which is annoying at night when trying to sleep.

This app is helping me to get back on path with my own intuitive higher learning. Life messed me up there for a while. Now I'm getting back to healthy habits; starting all over again... but this time with guidance of this app; (in combination with other outlets and tools, like art, healthy diet, sunshine, fun, leaning on loved ones, and exercise.)

This app is amazing honestly. I recently started going to therapy to learn how to cope with my anxiety, insomnia, and low self-esteem. She recommended I downloaded this app and use it every night as a part of a routine she wants me to get into, in hopes it'll help me sleep. I absolutely love it. There's so many options for sessions, even if you don't pay for the full app. I've fallen asleep in the middle of a couple sessions which are only 5 minutes long, which is a miracle in itself since it usually takes an hour plus for me to fall asleep. I just used a session to destress after a hard day and I feel LOADS better. I started recommending this app to other people who struggle with someone's and stress since I'm so happy with this app.
