As if the app options and usability weren't bad enough, now we have forced haptic feedback that can't be turned off at all! Unacceptable. fix it in the next update. The remodeling only fixed looks not usability making things worse in many cases. You had a chance to improve and this is what you chose! Don't get me started on the actual service. At least it's the lesser of all evils which is a very low bar

Their app has some bugs but fulfills the need. The issue I have with them is a quality and operations issue. If you are going to use it avoid the following : produce(especially berries,), meats(delivered by another party whenever they feel like it) , and water (bottles are always dirty, dented... Etc) Given the list above, there isn't much more to order. Whats safe to order : cleaning products... Hmm that's about it For Managment reading this, good luck.

Terrible incompetent customer service and very very bad stock availability maintenence. Often the item is available on the app and after ordering and paying and delivery we notice the items are missing..then we must call and inform them, they confirm items out of stock and after several weeks finally refund is issed! Something needs to be fixed !!! In order to deal with Tawseel the customer must check each and every delivered item due to the high frequency of missing items!
