WARNING FOR PERFUMES BUYERS DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BUYING PERFUMES I bought perfumes from Sheeel many times last time I bought Mauage amouage jubilation 40 it cost me 72 KD it was all fake only package was same I spoke to the team to return it back. They said you can not do it because all package and box should be in same condition and not even touched which is impossible to do.

My first experience was bad. I requested one item available online. After 3 days they called that delivery will be late one day. After that they called again to say item is not available. I am not sure if I can trust them again. After 10-months from writing the above comment they ask me to contact them!! What a waste of time and bad service.

One of the worst E-com services. I ordered an item, they delivered the same brand but totally different features than the description. It took them five days to pick the items up after I called many times, emailed and sent WhatsApp messages. Then received no feedback or follow up for another two days until I called up again to follow up. They simply said " you will receive the refund in four working days" So two weeks to sort it out after I made so many follow ups..
