One of the worst E-com services. I ordered an item, they delivered the same brand but totally different features than the description. It took them five days to pick the items up after I called many times, emailed and sent WhatsApp messages. Then received no feedback or follow up for another two days until I called up again to follow up. They simply said " you will receive the refund in four working days" So two weeks to sort it out after I made so many follow ups..

My first experience was bad. I requested one item available online. After 3 days they called that delivery will be late one day. After that they called again to say item is not available. I am not sure if I can trust them again. After 10-months from writing the above comment they ask me to contact them!! What a waste of time and bad service.

Placed an order 8 days back. They said it would be delivered on saturday 11th april, but there was no contact from them. Tried calling them but the customer care agents do not answer the calls. Tried sending emails but no response on multiple attempts. This is the first time i had ordered something from the app and the worst experience.
