the worst application the item is showing available in website while they say its out of stock diduct my money still waiting for the refund been 5 working days crossed

Everything is fun and games until you need to return an item. They will do everything they can to make it impossible for you to return the item.

One of the worst E-com services. I ordered an item, they delivered the same brand but totally different features than the description. It took them five days to pick the items up after I called many times, emailed and sent WhatsApp messages. Then received no feedback or follow up for another two days until I called up again to follow up. They simply said " you will receive the refund in four working days" So two weeks to sort it out after I made so many follow ups..
